Justin Roxburgh, Chief Executive
“I have spent over 30 years developing affordable housing in both the charitable and private sectors, finding innovative and sustainable solutions for those with little or no budget. Arc is the most progressive and lateral thinking organisation in the sector and I am proud to be its CEO. Our offer is person centred and focusses on people's strengths not their problems. Homelessness is increasing and funding is under increasing pressure so we are going to have to be even smarter as we move forwards.”

Working for Arc is the most rewarding one by far, the whole staff team inspire me with their dedication to helping some of the most vulnerable in our society.
