Our clients are rough sleepers, those at risk of homelessness and clients within our supported accommodation.
Our clients include women escaping domestic violence, ex-offenders, the long term unemployed, people with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
We support and accommodate clients between the ages of 18 - 65+, with the average age being 30, both male and female. They come from all different backgrounds, with different circumstances having led to their homelessness.
Presently we operate 16 accommodation sites, varying from direct access hostels, to less supported and move on properties.
At any one time we support over 200 people – men and women who are homeless, have recently been homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless. We strive to meet their varied needs and therefore encourage feedback and suggestions - client surveys, induction and exit interviews, plus ongoing support plans - to maximise their self-esteem.
