At Arc, we are dedicated to helping those experiencing homelessness with every step of their journey and had witnessed many of their clients struggle when ready to access employment. This is down to a number of difficulties such as lacking recent work experience or feeling anxious about returning to work with no support mechanisms. 

Arc decided it was time for change and that those recovering from homelessness needed and deserved a positive pathway into employment. We therefore began the process of setting up of our own Social Enterprise, 'Crescent Cleaning Services'. 

Crescent Cleaning Services (CCS) recruits those who have experienced homelessness and are ready to get back into work. With a stage employment approach, thorough training and sufficient support, CCS employees will not only be well equipped for their role but will have gained the skills and confidence to sustain long term employment.

Crescent Cleaning Services is in its early stages but we are delighted to introduce this new social enterprise to you. We began trading in October 2021 and initally began offering our services for Arc's 16 properties, which require regular cleaning. We have since taken on two clients, for daily cleans and window cleaning. We're so pleased to be offering our services to the external market and growing as a team and enterprise.
