Whilst we always advise anyone facing homelessness to visit their local council, there is the option for a self referral to our services, if you are in need of supported accommodation.
Visiting your local council:
If you are experiencing homelessness in Somerset, it is always recommended to first get in touch with Somerset Council. This will allow the council to make an assessment of your circumstances and help you in the most appropriate way. This may be offering you council or other social housing options, or it may be that they make a referral to services such as Arc.

If you are outside of Somerset, please visit the website of the council that is local to you.
Self Referral to Arc:
We can also accept self referrals to our services. You can do this if you are homeless and in need of support. You can either use the downloadable form below, or the online form to the right. Once a referral form is received, we will add you to our current waiting list. When we have availability, we will contact you to set up a face to face appointment to discuss your needs and assess your suitability for Arc's accommodation. We will try to keep you updated during the process but if you are ever unsure, please call our housing advice line on 01823 271326 option 2.
