Proudly supporting those who serve!

Here at Arc we are proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant showing our continued support and commitment to the Armed Forces Community and their families. 

Following on from the great work our Armed Forces Housing Support Worker Samantha Jones, has been undertaking with the Somerset Veteran Community, the signing of the Covenant reinforces our promise that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

Together ( with local authorities, governing bodies, various NHS bodies, and other organisations ) we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, including the bereaved, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives.

Samantha Jones joined us back in July 2024 as our Armred Forces Housing Support Worker after spending 12 years as a Royal Air Force Policewomen, with two wo active tours of Afghanistan and multiple postings including Cyprus.
