Celebrating Recognition and Hard Work with 2 Awards!

Arc are thrilled to have this year received 2 awards recognising our dedication to safeguarding our clients, and being a great employer for our fantastic colleagues!

As an organisation supporting vulnerable adults, their safety is very important and Arc put a lot of hard work in to ensure that our clients are protected from harm. 

In recent months, our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Lauren, has been focusing on our policies and practices to really increase our effort in this area. As a result, we are thrilled to have received an award from Leaders in Safeguarding. 

The Leaders in Safeguarding Award is a registered and widely recognised quality mark that celebrates and supports achievement in highly effective and robust safeguarding arrangements. It is awarded to organisations in recognition of their provision, practice and commitment to keep children, young people and vulnerable adults safe.

As well as our hard work with clients, Arc are always committed to ensuring we are a fair, respectful and supportive employer. Our team are integral to what we do and so ensuring Arc is a great place to work is very important to us.

Investors in People (IIP) is an international accreditation for organisations that demonstrate a committment to developing and supporting their employees. Their framework and standard help organisations to improve performance by focusing on how they manage and develop their people. 

Following an assessment process in early 2025, we were thrilled to be awarded with a Silver Investors in People Award. Not only do we come away with an award, but with a really helpful report and recommendations on how we can improve even further.
