Beneath the Night Sky – An Astronomy experience under the stars!

Here at Arc, we are thrilled to announce our new and exciting fundraiser happening on Saturday the 16th of November at Somerset County Cricket Club.
 

Inspired by our "sleeping out under the stars" fundraising theme, this unique event will include:

• A delicious 3-course meal
• A captivating presentation by a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and ESERO UK Space Ambassador
• Public stargazing with a team of expert astronomers
• Astrophotography gallery

If you are passionate about astrophysics, stargazing, or space exploration, this is an event you won’t want to miss!

We're teaming up with Jo Richardson, founder of Space Detectives, and her husband Pete, an award-winning astrophotographer and telescope maker. Together with their team, they will guide you through an evening that promises to be educational, memorable and enjoyable—a first-of-its-kind experience in Taunton!
