Job description:

To cover sickness/annual leave shifts at Arc accommodation in Taunton and the surrounding area. Relevant experience would be an advantage, although full training is given. 

Whilst working both alone and as part of a staff team, you will maximise Arc's success by providing high quality resident services, ensuring the project provides safe, secure, pleasant and welcoming accommodation to residents and visitors. You will also induct, assess and support residents during their stay so that they gain maximum benefit from the experience and, where possible, are able to progress towards more permanent and appropriate accommodation.
